Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order, provided it meets the conditions below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in their original packaging where applicable.
• Not show any signs of damage, washing, staining, perfume, makeup, or other wear.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Return an Item

To request a return, please contact us at info@apparelhouse.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Once your return has been approved, we’ll provide instructions on where and how to send your item back.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to process an unapproved return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7 days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged while being sent back to us.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@apparelhouse.co.uk, including your order number and photographs of the issue where appropriate.

We’ll assess the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, please return your original item and place a new order.
